Export Customs: Completion of all necessary customs procedures and paperwork (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading) for departure from the port in Türkiye.

Main Shipping (Freight): The products in your country to the designated port of destination Payment of ship/sea freight costs up to a certain amount.

Insurance: Minimum international marine insurance must be obtained to cover risks that may occur during the journey of the products to the port of destination.
Responsibilities of our Customer (Buyer):

Import Customs and Taxes: Once the products arrive at the port of destination, local import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees will be incurred according to your country's customs regulations.

Port Charges: Discharge (unloading of goods from the ship) and local terminal service fees at the port of arrival.

Domestic Transportation: The process of transporting products from the port of arrival to your warehouse, event venue, or final address.
What is FOB (Free on Board) delivery term?
Siparişinizi FOB When you create an order with these delivery terms; all costs and responsibilities from the production of the products, their packaging suitable for international transport, their arrival at the port of departure (a port in Türkiye), and their loading onto the ship belong to our company. After the loading process is completed, the main transportation, insurance, and all other costs to the destination become the responsibility of the buyer.

In summary: With the FOB delivery option, your order is under our guarantee until it is loaded onto the ship at the port in Türkiye. Export Customs and Loading: Completion of customs clearance procedures in Türkiye, preparation of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin), and loading of the products onto the vessel of the shipping company (forwarder) you have chosen.
Responsibilities of our Customer (Buyer):

Main Shipping (Freight): Organization and payment of international sea freight charges from the port of origin to the port of destination in your country.

Insurance: Insuring the goods against risks during sea voyage (insuring the goods at FOB delivery is at the buyer's discretion and responsibility).

Import Customs and Taxes: Local customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees that will be incurred when the products arrive in your country.

Port and Inland Transportation Costs: Unloading costs at the port of arrival and local transportation costs from the port to your event site or warehouse.
What is EXW (Ex Works) Delivery Terms?
Siparişinizi EXW When you create an order with these delivery terms; our company is only responsible for producing the products and packaging them for transport, making them ready at our factory/warehouse. All costs and risks, including loading, domestic transportation, customs, international transport, and insurance, from the moment the products are picked up from our production facility until they reach your warehouse, are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Vehicle Loading and Domestic Transportation: Loading the products onto your waiting transport vehicle at our factory and organizing transportation to the port of departure/customs in Türkiye (according to EXW rules, the responsibility for loading onto the vehicle at the factory rests with the buyer).

Export Customs Procedures: Customs clearance procedures, export declarations, and related fee payments in Türkiye will be handled by your contracted customs broker or logistics agent.

Main Transportation (Freight) and Insurance: Arranging, paying for, and insuring international transportation (sea/land/air) from Türkiye to your country against risks during transit.

Import Customs and Local Delivery: Managing import duties, VAT, customs clearance costs, and local transportation operations from the port to your final delivery address once the products arrive in your country.
